Responsibilities:
Data collection:
- Monthly data load into IBM Cognos TM1 – full process from kick-off over data quality & chasing & issues fixing to closure;
- Collection of additional data points (i.e. Primus Reporting) – full process from requesting over collecting, cleansing, preparation and reporting;
- OFK list;
- Requesting, collecting, and cleansing of manually requested ad-hoc data.
Reporting (regular and ad-hoc):
- Fully own reporting that does not require (extensive) German language knowledge – for example Primus Targets, MSO, etc., ad-hoc requests;
- Support reporting that requires German, mostly DB Reporting – for example gender reporting, FTE movements, etc., (ad-hoc requests).
Dashboarding:
- Preparation and updating of monthly dashboards – complete process from loading data over bug fixes and quality check to publishing;
- Maintenance of dashboards as required – bug fixes, smaller enhancements / adjustments.
Admin tasks (related to the above):
- Maintenance of distribution lists for monthly reporting;
- Access rights management in IBM Cognos TM1;
- Access rights management for dashboards;
- Perform other tasks given by the manager.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources;
- Good verbal and written communication in English and conversational knowledge of German (Minimum B1 CEFR) required;
- Good understanding of Analytical Engines and HR Systems (MS Power BI, IBM Cognos, etc.), and willingness to upskill;
- Independent and structured way of working;
- Highly committed to delivering results within specified timeframes;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Very detail-oriented for data collection, quality checks, system maintenance;
- Good understanding of data (preferably HR data) helping to do sense checks;
- Well organized and flexible, adhering to (tight) timelines;
- Strong service orientation, understand the clients’ needs;
- Strong communication skills to interact with counterparts (mostly within P&O).
