• Conducts business process analysis and operational reviews.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes;
implementing changes.
• Makes recommendation by reviewing market reports.
• Supports searching new business opportunities, by communicating with all
departments within companies and conducts business reports and survey.
• Works with Department Heads in the design, development and facilitation of strategy
development processes.
• Communicates the management of the Company’s long-range and strategic plans.
• Conducts a variety of projects to enhance shareholder value.
• Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining
priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
Skills Required
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin), Mandarin is a plus but
not a requirement
• Knowledge of International Trade and relevant Laws, Regulations, Process and
Procedures
• Able to well structure the data, information and inputs.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite [Excel, PowerPoint, Word]
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can work highly effectively well
• across functions
• Self-driving and motivating
• Strong executional Skills
• Willing/Able to work under high pressure
Experience and Qualifications
• University graduate
• Forwarding/International Logistics experience preferred
• Previous strategic planning or project management experience will be an advantage
• Some basic understanding of processes and/or Six Sigma/Lean methodology will be
an advantage.
