    General Descriptions (Job Scope):


    • Prepare all necessary shipping documents.

    • Prepare shipping invoices.

    • Send shipment pre-alert to customer.

    • Procesing of customer.

    • Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior.


    Specific Accountabilities:


    • Updating SAP records.

    • Update and maintain integrity of records - electronic or hardcopy.

    • Accurate and timely information and documentation generation.

    • Good communication skills.

    • Ability to converse in English.

    • Ability to use Lotus notes & MS Office.

    • Able to perform work with minimal supervision.

    • Accuracy and speed in performing daily activities.

    • Manage cycle counting and reconciliation of errors.

    • GCE ‘A’ and above.

    • Minimum 2-year experiences in the warehouse/logistics operations in a MNC or freight forwarding/logistics company.
