- Efficient management of air freight delivery orders, ensures timely and accurate process, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify all air freight delivery orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods to clients.
- Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery status, concerns, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of all delivery orders, including shipment tracking, customs clearance, and delivery confirmations.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is filed correctly and efficiently for easy retrieval and reference.
- Work closely with the air freight operations team, warehouse staff, and logistics personnel to coordinate and optimize delivery schedules.
- Assist the Air Freight Manager in tracking performance and meeting operational targets.
- Ensure that all operations follow local and international regulatory standards, including customs regulations, safety protocols, and environmental guidelines.
- Graduate of any field.
- Preferably with 2 years of experience in air freight, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with air freight documentation, shipping regulations, and customs clearance processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with freight management software is an advantage.
