    We have a new opportunity for a highly engaging and experienced PMO Projects Manager to join the VMCR in Essen. This role will take a strategic and added value approach to leading the project management function and ensuring the continuity of solutions supply for our VM Consumer Retail, Corporate & Regional Accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a successful and expanding Team! Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the project management function to achieve business objectives, developing effective and efficient mechanisms across the VM Fashion Consumer Retail customers and markets
    • Analyze the trends & outlook of the strategic VM Fashion Consumer Retail markets
    • Identification of fast-growing sub-markets and targets across the value chain & the supply chains
    • Identification of Gaps in terms of Expertise & Capability
    • Develop a growth plan (Roadmaps) per sub-vertical and activities
    • Develop a Value Meal per Sub-vertical with replicable Solutions across the value chain and the supply chain
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders (all BUs) and teams to develop value added solutions
    • Produce customer & Market presentations highlighting our expertise, capability, added value & solutions
    • Drive the Strategic Reviews
    • Coordinate and manage sales campaigns (Solutions, Products…)
    • Develop and manage initiatives with the marketing & sales teams
    • Contribute to overall plans, strategies, budgets, and performance reviews

    Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced & dynamic environment, have a passion for both strategic sales development & solutions.

    • Experience in projects and business development roles
    • Background or interest in freight forwarding / supply chain & logistics
    • Strategic and innovative mindset to developing business opportunities
    • Analytical mindset
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to build genuine relationships with BUs and key FUs
    • Positive team player and ability to work autonomously
    • Flexible, resilient and capable of adapting to changing environments
