- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity, product identification and location program, researching inventory discrepancies and making necessary corrections and managing the inventory control function at the site.
- Overseeing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations, tracking and reporting non-conforming product, resolving inventory problems in a timely manner, documenting and controlling aged, scrap & damaged product.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management/client and coordinate and integrate efforts across operations department to enhance inventory accuracy.
- Must be able to pass the Stock Picker (SP) certification test and handle the unit on daily basis.
- Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality systems, recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify the implementation of the solutions.
- Degree/Diploma holder in relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of warehouse management system and SAP would be an advantage.
- Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Stock Picker/Forklift license holder.
