- Support in administrative tasks related to learning and development
- Support in logistics preparation including room reservations, room layout, meals and refreshments, distribution of training manuals, and equipment
- Process training enrollments, send calendar invitations, and coordinate with trainers.
- Answer routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations.
- Help facilitate evaluation surveys, including tracking of responses.
- Support in other tasks assigned.
- Basis/Intermediate knowledge and use of desktop applications – use of common office computer tools for efficient completion of tasks; including but not limited to data entry
- Use of graphic design tools is a plus.
- Networking and cross-collaborations
- Basic data analysis and reporting
