The Accounts Payable Specialist ensures that vendors invoices are posted in the TMS and paid according to agreed payment terms. Must also be committed to exceeding client expectations while respecting company policies. Tasks & Responsibilities: Posting of vendor invoices Auditing invoices from suppliers Invoice disputing and follow-up Document filing and uploading to TEAMS Internal communication with other departments Vendor statement reconciliation TEAMS site invoice management Carrier negotiation for mitigation of invoices Carrier disputes Trade and Operations Management reporting and presenting of Detention, Demurrage and Storage costs.
