Join our team as an Infab Warehouse Operative!
Are you ready to play a key role in managing logistics operations within a customer cleanroom environment? We’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Leixlip. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless material flow and inventory management, directly supporting the customer’s facility.
Location: Leixlip, Co. Kildare
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30
What Will You Be Doing?
- Receive and track deliveries from offsite warehousing, ensuring 100% accountability and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Efficiently control customer dock activities, supporting material handling and ensuring smooth operations.
- Facilitate the return of materials from the customer site to the offsite warehouse, ensuring proper packing, labelling, and documentation.
- Maintain clean and organized dock, elevator, vestibule, and laydown areas in line with customer standards.
- Adhere to strict health and safety practices, including wearing PPE and participating in operational safety programs.
- Follow all quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with SOPs and customer expectations.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including cycle-counting and resolving delivery discrepancies to reduce delays.
About You
- Proven experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and adhering to strict safety and hygiene standards.
- Effective communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and tools.
