The overall purpose of the role is the delivery of business related trainings in order to strengthen the skills and competencies of all employees involved in the Operations of the SSC or on the Transition project. Besides that, the New Joiner Days will be an important part of the role in order to give employees a good onboarding in the SSC.
• Designs and executes the Talent Management /Succession planning strategy.
• Designs and keeps up to date Career Paths within the changing organization and enables development opportunities for the various roles.
• Evaluates and tracks costs, keeping within budgets for projects under direct responsibility.
• Develops and implements tools to measure return on expectations for learning and development programs.
• Identifies and manages external suppliers for talent and development solutions.
• Designs training, seminars or other in class development activities (incl. preparation/finalization of training material) and delivers them, when necessary.
• Is a champion for innovation in the Talent and Learning development space. Identifies and keeps track of all relevant blended learning solutions and identifies ways in which to implement them in the organization according to the needs of each.
• P&O communication for the talent and development related topics (newsletter, regular communications, etc.)
• Offer training for employee for the performance process cycle.
• P&O BP support tasks.
• Self-development.
Qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in Talent and Development or other P&O functions related to: Performance management process, Talent management, Succession planning, Career paths
• Knowledge of BPOs or Shared Services environment
• University degree in the field of humanities, business administration or related field of study
• Several years of working experience preferably in large/global organizations
• Understanding of adult learning principles in the content development process
• Preferably background in designing and delivering learning solutions
• Working technical knowledge of MS office
• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
• Ability to understand complex environments
• Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking
• Very good Romanian and English language skills verbally and in writing.
