- Check customer orders against available inventory
- Handle enquiries such as inventory availability, order status, shipping instructions and any special customer request
- Timely processing of orders received
- Schedule orders and work with operation to ensure orders are picked and packed to meet on time delivery
- Coordinate with inspection organization for export shipments
- Liaise with forwarders on import & export documents
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for the services rendered
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service for Diploma Holder
- Open to fresh graduate for Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations / customer service.

- Detail oriented, analytical and innovative.
- Adaptable to fast-moving work environment.
