    The congestion index 2025 is based on the sum of the congestion hours of the last 4 quarters.

    Since 2022, the congestion hours have been made available by Viasuisse to the industry association ASTAG on a monthly basis.

    Each month, ASTAG publishes the corresponding congestion hours that are relevant for billing in the following quarter.
