    Responsibilities:


    • Achieves individual and team objectives according to the required performance standards and KPIs.
    • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality.
    • Entry creation in TMS in order to capture new shipment positions, based on permanent coordination with abroad control tower.

    Qualifications:


    • Experience in administrative sector and freight invoice review would be an advantage.
    • Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and minimal knowledge of SharePoint.
    • Fluent spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred).
    • Ability to work effectively in a customer driven environment, both individually and as a team player.
    • High level of attention to details and accuracy.
    • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous and result-oriented.
